Privacy Policy

We know that privacy is important. That's why we've adopted an opt in privacy policy: we won't release any private information unless you tell us we can.

Members Must be 13 Years or Older

Goombah members must be 13 years or older. 

Your Nickname

By default, the only information available to other users of this site is your Nickname. Choose a nickname that does not reveal private information - it will be used publicly and sent to other users.  You can choose to make other information available on  your Profile page, but none is required.

Your iTunes Library

The list of tracks in your iTunes library can be viewed by other matching members or your friends.   Your library will only be associated with you by your Goombah nickname.   You can uncheck tracks in your library and they will not be seen by other members, or used in computing your recommendations.

Administrative Contact

We will, however, keep a record of your name, email address, and zip code for administrative purposes. If you don't follow the Terms of Service for our site, you will be hearing from us. We will also use your email address if you forget your password, or some other problem comes up.

Bottom Line
